          Feeling confident and empowered is so much more than meets the eye. It takes time, it takes energy and it all starts in your mind. That was my own biggest hurdle — i’ll tell you a bit about my journey, because it might surprise you.

How I got here

I started working in adult clubs all around Australia from 18 years old. This unconventional upbringing had given me a unique window into our collective attitudes and behaviours around sexual & sensual energy. Connection and intimacy are very human needs & desires that we all have, but that didn’t stop me battling insecurity, rejection and judgement. I was living an emotional double life: confident & powerful on stage, but anxious & unempowered in my personal relationships.
                  I even tried to rationalise accepting that maybe your partner just isn’t supposed to be that interested in you. Yes, really. Read that again. I, a woman whose actual job was to fulfil peoples’ ultimate fantasies, didn’t feel desirable in my own skin. So something had to change — and that something was me. I went deep, did the inner work, and came out the other side with a renewed sense of self that I wanted to share with everyone I met, which led me to my passion for coaching.

What I do

I coach you with a unique framework that combines my conventional education, unconventional career experience, and personal healing journey. Working with both your mind and body, my holistic approach is structured around 5 key areas that I found integral for my own physical and spiritual wellbeing.

As humans connection is nesscary for our survival.  Create deeper, meaningful ,intimacy with yourself and all high stakes relationships. Discover your true self in a space that prioritise the relationship.

Sometimes its hard navigating your patterns and how they play out in your life can be confronting. I’m here to help understand them, help you navigate your way through them and how to make them work for you

Learn practical skills on how to speak and advocate for your needs. It can be scary, challenging and  even hard to speak your needs, especially if your not exactly sure how to name them or what they are. Learn how your values can create space and direction in your life

I’m your biggest cheerleader, I’m here for your wins, for lows and everything in between. My promise is to show up as the best coach as I can be. That’s my accountability promise  to you. As for you... There will be accountability, there could be homework, there is check ins and I ask that you try to show up as yourself as much as you can.
